The Aligned Path Career Groups

Reimagining Your Career Direction During Rapid Change

A six-week, in-person career counselling group providing embodied support for navigating career uncertainty

When the old way of working no longer fits…

You did what you were “supposed to do”, got a degree or built a career that looks good on paper. You followed the plan, only to realize that the plan no longer feels like it’s working.

You might be feeling:

  • Burned out or disenchanted with work that once made sense

  • Stuck between wanting change and fearing the consequences

  • Tired of overthinking every option without landing anywhere

  • Quietly grieving a career path or identity that no longer fits

…there’s a new way to find career clarity

The Aligned Path is a small, in-person career counselling group that helps you rebuild trust in your own decision-making, to allow career clarity to emerge naturally, without urgency or self-betrayal.

Rather than telling you what to do, this program supports you in:

  • Listening to your body and values as legitimate career data

  • Understanding why your old strategies are no longer working

  • Releasing inherited “shoulds” about your success and identity

  • Finding direction without rushing or forcing certainty

By the end of the program, you’ll leave with:

  • Greater trust in yourself as a decision-maker

  • A deeper understanding of your values, limits, and rhythms

  • More clarity on one or several career directions to explore

  • A grounded, real-world map of your next steps

  • Relief from the pressure to “figure it all out” at once

FAQ’s

  • No. Some participants are exploring pivots or building a side business; others are adjusting or seeking a healthier relationship with their current work. All are welcome.

If you’re unsure, book a call here so we can discuss.

  • Not necessarily—and intentionally so.

You’ll leave with strong directions, a map of your next steps, and a confident sense of self-trust, supporting clarity in your career trajectory.

If you want fast answers, you can do a career quiz. Here, we go deeper to open up a truly sustainable career path.

  • That’s exactly where many people start. You don’t need clarity to join, just curiosity and readiness to listen inward.

  • No. This is a confidential, supportive space for you to explore your career direction with clear boundaries and care. While emotions and lived experience are welcomed, this is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.

Jacqui is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor; however, the space will be held as a trauma-informed group, rather than a therapeutic container, to support each individual within the group in meeting their career change goals.

  • There are light reflection and noticing practices between sessions. Nothing time-intensive or overwhelming.

  • You have the option to book 1:1 career counselling sessions during or after the group to continue your exploration.

Those sessions will allow for personalized discussion, support, and integration to deepen your takeaways and expedite your path to career clarity.

  • If you’re tired of forcing yourself to work and want a grounded, respectful way to reimagine your work life, this group is likely a good fit.

You’re also welcome to book an Alignment Call here to discuss further.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Jacqui Manley (she/her)

I’m a career counsellor (RTC) for creative thinkers, deep feelers, and purpose-led entrepreneurs who are ready to trade their burnout for a regenerative work-life. I’m all about helping you remember what makes you tick and building a work and life that sustains you (physically, emotionally and financially) - especially if the linear path isn’t working for you.

As a neurodivergent entrepreneur, I have an exceptionally keen eye for burnout patterns, clashing value systems, and how to balance problem-solving with rest. I’ve studied what makes a career meaningful both inside and out, through professional training and walking it myself.

Through deepening your understanding of your desires, your body’s wisdom, and the unconscious fears that may be holding you back, we can navigate the murky waters to your clear next steps.
